John Bert Gremillion Iii

John Bert Gremillion, III passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the age of 47. Beloved companion of Missy Gaudet. Son of the late Sharon S. Kern and John B. Gremillion, Jr. Brother of Suzanne G. Callahan. Survived by a host of cousins and other relatives. John was a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. He loved to be on the water for work or play, as a tugboat captain and avid fisherman with a speckled trout or tarpon on the line. He is a member of the Greater New Orleans Tarpon Club and wrote a monthly article for Coastal Angler Magazine. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 11 AM. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until funeral time. Burial will be private.
