John Jack Pounders III

John Jack Pounders III passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the age of 50.  Beloved husband of Belinda Pounders for 31 years. Father of John James Pounders, IV. Son of John Jack Pounders II and the late Gaynel Pounders. Brother of Dawn Pounders Vincent. Nephew of Linda Pounders. Also survived by a host of cousins. He was a member of White Dove Fellowship Church. He was a charter boat captain for 30 years, who loved fishing. He was devoted to his family who will miss him dearly. He was a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also members of White Dove Fellowship Church are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11am at White Dove Fellowship Church, 3600 Manhattan Blvd., Harvey, LA.  A Memorial Gathering will be held at the church from 9am until 11am.
