Loving father of Joseph Hoffman, Jr., Kristy Johnson (Eric), Leonard Hoffman, Richard Ricks, Sharon Baldwin (Clyde), Duane Ricks, Lisa Lockwood, Joanie Lala and the late Van Ricks, Sr. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. Predeceased by 5 siblings and his parents, the late Mildred Schmaltz and Leonard Hoffman. Age, 78 years. A native of New Orleans, LA, resident of Gretna and Marrero for many years, and most recently of Belle Chasse, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family also employees of A.C.B.L. are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment, Sandhill Cemetery, Ponchatoula, LA. Parlors will be open Friday, June 21, 2013 from 6 PM until 9 PM and again Saturday from 8 AM until 11 AM.
