Joseph Robert Langridge, Jr. entered into eternal rest on March 7, 2023. Beloved husband of Beverly Perrin Langridge. Father of Joseph R. Langridge, III, Steven Langridge, Frank Simmons, and Kimberly English (John). Grandfather of Abigail, Emmerson, Andrew, and Everleigh. Son of the late Joseph Langridge, Sr. and Edrith Savoie Langridge. Brother of Harold Langridge (late Linda), Ellen Spahr (Paul), Jeanie Bonds (late Jimmy), Elaine Landry (late Jimmy), Lela Carter (Dale), and the late Joycelyn Langridge. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Age 84 years, a native of Gretna, LA and resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Joseph was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard and retired after many years of service with Chevron. He enjoyed gardening, listening to music, RV-ing, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Belle Chasse, LA on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 12 Noon.
