Joseph G. Lore

Joseph G. Lore passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of the late Judy Planas Lore. Son of the late Rose Orlando Lore and Salvadore Lore. Brother of the late Gustave “Gus” Lore, Rocco “Rock” Lore, Salvadore “Sam” Lore, Mamie Digregorio, and Anthony “TJ” Lore. Grandfather of Gabrielle Long. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was a resident of Terrytown, LA, a 30 year Veteran of the New Orleans Police Department, and a 13 year Veteran of Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass for Judy and Joseph Lore at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Algiers, LA. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9 AM until 11 AM.
