Joseph Peter Molinario

Joseph Peter Molinario entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 48 years to Jo-Ann Eschmann Molinario. Son of the late Lawrence J. Molinario, Sr. and Louise St. Martin Molinario. Loving and devoted father of Paul Joseph Molinario (Rhonda Duet) of Gretna, LA and Therese Molinario Hendrix (Husband Steve) of Norcross, GA. Grandfather of Katherine Noelle Hendrix. Brother of Louise Lewis of Wilmington, NC; Mary Decorte of Metairie, LA; James Molinario, Sr. of Tickfaw, LA and the late Lawrence Molinario, Jr., Anthony Molinario, Sr., Frank Molinario, Sr., Leonora Molinario Lindemann and Marguerite Molinario. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joseph served in the Air National Guard for 6 years. He was an employee of New Orleans Public Service and Entergy until his retirement. He served his church as a member of St. Vincent DePaul Society. He loved and enjoyed restoring old model cars. The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to all family members, friends and the staff and parishioners at Christ the King Catholic Church for their love and care. A Memorial Visitation will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, 535 Deerfield Road, Terrytown, LA on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 11:30AM until 1PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Friday at 1PM. Memorial interment will take place at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA immediately following Mass.
