Josephine Blanchard Ditta-Pipkin entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the age of 91. Beloved and loving wife of Jesse Pipkin by second marriage and the late Anthony Ditta by first marriage. Daughter of the late Joseph Blanchard and Malena Acosta Blanchard. Devoted and loving mother of Donald A. Ditta and wife Denise, Gail D. Carrero, Jo Ann D. LaCaze and husband Richard Jr. and Ruth Price. Grandmother of Tracey L. Guidry, Toni Morgan, Lauren LaCaze and Richard LaCaze III. Great Grandmother of Kaytlin Amarena, Dalton Guidry and Dawson Guidry. Great Great Grandmother of Julie Amarena and Ava Amarena. Josephine is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren and 11 Great Great Great Grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. Josephine was born in Lockport, LA and resided in Harvey, LA. Private Funeral Services were held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA.
