Josephine “Josie” Scanio Sanchez passed away on April 27, 2012. Beloved mother of Robert Jude Sanchez (Viviana). Grandmother of Samantha Shewmake (Joe), Nicholas J. Sanchez and survived by her step-grandson, Sergio Figueroa. Great-grandmother of Jude and Grant Shewmake. Sister of Marie L. Savona, the late Frances J. Randazzo, Beatrice S. Galley, Elizabeth L. Gaudet, Anthony, Angelo and Salvador Scanio. The family would like to thank her “adopted daughter” Gina Vendetti for always being there.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11 AM.
