Joyce Perkins Muller

Joyce Perkins Muller passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Harold C. Muller Sr. Mother of Harold C. Muller Jr. (wife Patti), Guy J. Muller (fiancé Aska Li), Susan M. Miller (husband Randy), Sandra M. Campeau (husband Don), Sinthia M. Cochran (husband Walter) and Sheree M. Carrier (husband Tony). Sister of Guy A. Perkins (wife Juliette), the late Grayce P. Thiaville (husband, the late Harold) and Joseph Perkins. Grandmother of Randy Paul, Sasha, Crystal, Jason, Jared, Justin, Jordan, John, Joyce, Lena, Chloe and Seth. Daughter of the late Guy and Carroll Laneaux Perkins. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 1 expectant great-grandchild along with other loving relatives and friends.
In her younger years, she worked for Higgins Shipyard (home of the Higgins Landing Craft) and retired from AMF Tuboscope / Vetco-Gray.
She was a caregiver, encourager and a peacemaker always with a positive attitude and always saw the best in people. She touched many lives during her earthly tenure and her faith in God enabled her to embrace her passing in peace with her loving family in her presence.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 9 AM to 1:30 PM.
