Joycelyn Richter Pontiff passed away on October 8, 2013 at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Douglas A. Pontiff, Jr. Mother of Ruston Pontiff, JoAnne Pontiff and Margie Pontiff Paninski. Grandmother of Casy, Joseph, Joshua, Jacob and Laura. Great-grandmother of Lawrence Jr., Adam Jr., Alayna, Ciarra, Brandon, Carson, Gage and Natalie. Sister of Ronald Richter and the late Ernest L. Richter, Jr. Daughter of the late Ernest L. Richter, Sr. and Erna Sculthorp Richter.
