Julio Cesar Baca, Sr. passed away on September 4, 2013 at the age of 58 years. Beloved husband of Anabella Elizalde Baca. Father of Diana Tellez (Mundo), Cindy Baca, Delia Islam (Hasid), Laura Duran (Alex), Sandra Baca, Julio Baca Jr. and Raul Baca. Grandfather of Gus, Kristina, Jackie, Zamir, Destiny, Harmony, Kobey, Sara, Salma, Victor and Giovanni. Brother of Polo Baca (Lourdes), Saul Baca (Isabella), Mireya Cardona (Bernardo), Soledad Gonzalez (Antonio), Dalila Baca (the late Ruben), Thelma Garcia (Antonio), the late Raul Baca and Alicia Baca. Son of the late Alicia Ochoa Baca and Apolonio Ochoa Baca. Son-in-law of Marta Hernandez.
Julio served his country in the U.S. Army, stationed in El Paso, TX. He came to Louisiana in 1980 to raise his family. He was a brick mason by trade but was a talented craftsman in many different skills, a true “Jack of all trades”.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 4 PM to 11 PM, resuming on Wednesday from 8 AM to 11 AM.
