Julio Lazaro Hernandez passed away on January 29, 2014 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Maria Luisa Calderon Hernandez. Father of Julie Alegria (husband Luis), Maria Fino (husband Raymundo), Griselda Oddo (husband Michael), Rolando Hernandez, Julio Alberto Hernandez (wife Maricruz), Michael Hernandez and the late David Hernandez. Brother of Luis, Raul, the late Daniel, Hilda, Esther and Genobeba. Son of the late Cecilia Broton and Leopoldo Hernandez. Also survived by 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and other loving family members and friends. He was a native of Matanzas, Cuba and resided in Gretna, LA.
