June Bourgeois Rogers entered into eternal rest on June 6, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond W. Rogers. Mother of Shannon Rogers (William Kirkland) and Stephanie Rogers (Dearl Rudisaile, Jr.). Grandmother of Bailie Rogers, Tray Gautreau (Lindsay), Tayler Rudisaile, Dylan Rudisaile (Masey), and Devin Rudisaile (Alexis Fitzgerald). Great-grandmother of Kenzie and Averie Gautreau, Micah, Marlee, and Damian Rudisaile, and Maddie Martinez. Daughter of the late George Bourgeois and Esther Eagan Bourgeois. Sister of Camille Whittaker (Gilbert). Sister-in-Law to Gilbert Whittaker "Brother-in-Law",  Glen Rogers (Irma), late Patricia Irving (Larry). Nanny of Tara Jochum, Lisa McCrary and Brandon Whittaker. Aunt of Gail Wagner, Patty McBroom and Glen Rogers, late Michael Rogers and late Walter Gray, III. 

Age 71 years, a native of Harvey, LA and resident of Marrero, LA. June loved spend time with  family, grandkids, and friends. She had a passion for cross stitching. June loved eating crawfish and hosting seafood boils and telling stories. 

Family would like to thank the staff of West Jefferson, LCMC 5th Floor nursing staff. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, June 12. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until 11 am with a Catholic service to start 11 am. Interment will be private.
