June Hartman Toups

June Hartman Toups passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Joseph Toups. Mother of Michele Toups Dean and the late Daniel "Danny" Anthony Toups. Daughter of the late Nola Aguilar Hartman and Herman J. Hartman Sr. Sister of Barbara H. Nason, Herman J. Hartman, Jr. and Charles J. Hartman. Grandmother of Samantha "Sammie" Petitfils. Beloved aunt to a host of nieces and nephews whose lives she touched deeply. She was a member of the Boni Amie Red Hat Society, a parishioner of St. Rosalie Parish and a teacher's assistant retired after 20 years from the Jefferson Parish School Board. She was an avid Saints fan and proud member of the Who Dat Nation. She made friends easily and was loved by all. She was known for her cooking and enjoyed her casino bus trips, loved to travel and socialize. She lived life to the fullest, finding joy in every day. She was a lifelong resident of Marrero. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 11am. Interment.
