Karen Plaisance Trosclair

Karen Plaisance Trosclair passed away on August 26, 2013 at the age of 57 years. Beloved wife of 39 years to Jeffery “Rock” Trosclair. Mother of Shane M. Trosclair. Sister of George Plaisance, Jr. (Arlynn), Raymond Wattigney, Jr. and the late Linda P. Kline. Sister-in-law of Maureen “Renie” Trosclair Davis. Daughter of the late George J. Plaisance, Sr., Amelia Simoneaux Plaisance Paugh and step-daughter of the late Marvin R. Paugh. Also survived by other loving relatives, friends and her canine companion, Haley.
Karen worked for over 20 years at Ella C. Pittman Elementary School. She was an avid Saints fan, loved to fish and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be missed by all.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 PM to 10 PM, resuming on Saturday from 8 AM to 11 AM.
