Katherine Cooper Mayer

Katherine Cooper Mayer, 82 passed away peacefully surrounded by love ones on October 18, 2024 at East Jefferson Hospital. She was born on December 6, 1941.She worked at Mike’s Golden Cleaner numerous years. She is survived by her children Jonni Mayer, Bernard (aka Huck) Mayer, Michael Mayer and wife Tammy and Leslie Chahoc and husband Ken. Her grandchildren Clay Mayer (Melaine), Keith Chahoc (Chaselynn), Luke Mayer and Julianna Mayer. One great grandchild Lila Mayer. One sister Wallie Saunier and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by parents Wallace and Helen Cooper: her sisters Rosemary Lee. Margaret Fowler and Debra Kelly.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 8:30AM until 10AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 10AM. Graveside Services will be held at Natchez City Cemetery, 2 Cemetery Road, Natchez, Mississippi on Friday at 2PM.
