Katherine Rose Palmisano "Billie” Rodriguez passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Davis Joseph Rodriguez. Mother of Davis Felix Rodriguez (Marilyn Morel Rodriguez). Daughter of the late Felix Palmisano and Rose Picone Palmisano. Grandmother of Ryan D. Rodriguez (Krystal Bellanger Rodriguez) and Jarrod J. Rodriguez (Tara Thibodeaux Rodriguez). Great-grandmother of Jude M. Rodriguez. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Age 93 years, a lifelong resident of Harvey, LA. She was a retired school teacher having worked in the Jefferson Parish Public School System at Ames Elementary School for 37 years. She was also a graduate of Tulane University and a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the Visitation on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rosalie Church, 600 2nd Avenue, Harvey, LA at 1:00 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
