Kathryn Kelly Barrett

Kathryn Kelly Barrett, age 72, of Marrero, died at 3:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2016. She was born to the late Laverne and Charles Kelly. Beloved wife of William Van Barrett whom she married on February 8, 1963. She is also survived by her two children, Todd (Jennifer) Barrett of Phoenix, and Jennifer (Allan) Edwards of Metairie; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Barrett, Alyssa (Troy) Merkle, and Ethan Edwards; three siblings, Ruth (W.T.) Herrin, Myra (John) Burch, and Bruce (Ann) Kelly; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Kelly and Rayford (Joann) Kelly.
