Kenneth James Barrios

Kenneth “Kenny” James Barrios passed away on May 3, 2015. Beloved husband of Judith A. Perdreauville Barrios for 31 years. Father of Bradley James Barrios. Son of the late Norman Charles Barrios and Geraldine Bode Barrios. Brother of Leonard J. Barrios. Godfather of Rhonda Barrios and Jackie Houin-Chauvin. Also survived by his many cousins, including Jean Houin, Iris Hageney, and many nieces and nephews. Age 69 years, and lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. He spent his career with Buck Kries Welding Co., Geosource Marine, Avondale Shipyard later known as Litton and Northrop Grumman Industrial, as a welder, fitter and tacker for over 35 years. He was an avid bowler at Expressway Lanes and golfed at Brechtel Golf Course. He coached boys baseball at Oakdale Playground.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11 AM.
