Kenneth "Kenny" Fiest

The world became brighter on April 22, 1962, the Easter Sunday that Kenneth Michael Fiest was brought into this world. Sadly, on January 11, 2023 at 6:00pm Kenneth was called to his eternal home at the age of 60. He was the devoted husband to Robin Hammill Fiest for 34 years. Beloved father to Kelli Hebert (Joel), and grandfather to Cadence Hebert and Brielle Hebert. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father Bernard Fiest, Sr. He is survived by his mother Vernell Linss, his mother in law Ester Hammill, his brothers Bernard Fiest, Jr (Judy) and Darren Fiest, his brother in laws Bobby Hammill and Woody Hammill (Tonia), his godchildren Bernard Fiest, III, Cortney Fiest, and Mindy Maise Dupre, and many other nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in his honor on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at MOTHE FUNERA HOME in Harvey, LA. Relatives, friends, and employees of BWC Terminals (Blackwater) are invited to attend. Visitation will begin at 8:00am - 9:00am for family, and friends are invited to attend from 9:00am to 11:00am. Internment: Westlawn Cemetery - Gretna, LA.
