Kevin D. "The Cabinet Guy" Anselmo

Kevin Dale Anselmo, “The Cabinet Guy”, passed away on January 17, 2014 at the age of 55 years. Beloved husband of Anita Harvey Anselmo. Father of Melissa Welch (husband, Joshua) and Samantha Anselmo. Grandfather of Logan and Londyn. Brother of Kim Friedlander (husband, the late Lenny), Keith Anselmo, Kerin Zulli (husband, Tony) and the late Kirk Anselmo. Son of Carole Christen Anselmo Matthews, Buster Matthews and the late Dale Anselmo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his canine companions, Graycee and Lily.
Kevin was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. His big shoulders and kind heart gave strength to his family and friends. He was a talented cabinet maker who worked for Bass Enterprises, was co-owner of A & S Custom Cabinets before opening “The Cabinet Guy”. He enjoyed singing, playing the drums and was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish and was a member of the B & C Hunting Club.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 10 AM to 2 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
