Kirby B. Vidrine

Kirby B. Vidrine entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Elvina Costanza Vidrine. Son of the late Abey Vidrine and Lovina Rogeau Vidrine. Loving father of Rhonda Borne (Husband Steven). Grandfather of Chris Borne (Wife Jenny). Brother of Lillie Dingler and the late Marvin Vidrine and Isabelle Lane. Kirby served 24 years as Sergeant First Class in the United States Army. After retirement from the US Army, Kirby was employed by West Bank Electric. He was a member of the American Legion Post 218 in Algiers. Kirby was born in Kinder, LA and resided in Algiers, LA for 46 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
