Lea Duhon Perez

Lea (Lena) Duhon Perez passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Mack J. Perez. Daughter of the late Adam Duhon and Linda G. Duhon. Mother of Roland Perez and the late Maxine Perez Orgeron and Dudley Orgeron, Sr. Grandmother of Dudley Orgeron, Jr. (LaDonna), Connie O. Foret (Leslie, Sr. “Pee Wee”), Troy Perez, Daniela Perez and Adam Perez. Sister of the late Eulis Duhon (the late Gloria), Junius Duhon (the late Anna), and Harry Duhon (Lilly). Also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also members of the Knights of Columbus Council 1905 and Ladies Auxiliary, Very Rev. T.J. Larkin Assembly and Ladies Auxiliary, V.F. W. Post 3121, and Young Men’s Business Club of Westwego are invited to attend the funeral mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11AM. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 6 PM until 10 PM and resume Friday from 8AM until 11AM.
