Leila R. Naquin

Leila R. Naquin passed away on October 4, 2014 at the age of 68 years. Beloved mother of Donnie D. Durkes (wife Dana) and Courtney Rodrigue. Grandmother of Dakota and Dalton Durkes, Madison and Reese Rodrigue. Sister of Viney Larousse (husband Norman), Eva Ann Faulk (husband Robert), Marsha Naquin, Lampton (wife JoAnn), Larry (wife Shannon), Michael and Rodney Naquin, the late John, Alvin and Allen Naquin. Daughter of the late Viola Authement Naquin and Anthony G. Naquin. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
She attended Nicholls State University and graduated with her BA in Sociology, worked for Entergy and later as a Paraeducator in the Special Education Department at Central Lafourche High School. She will be sadly missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. (corner Westwood Dr.), Marrero, LA on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
