Leyland J. Giardina, a retired Accountant, passed away on April 26, 2011 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Daryl Wright Giardina. Father of Brian Giardina (Susan), Roxanne Giardina, Shawn G. Stone and Kyle Giardina. Son of the late Leon and Pearl Giardina. Brother of the late Leon and Vincent Giardina. Grandfather of Brad and Ashley Giardina, Darren and Tiffany Hebert, Melissa and Scott Stone. Great-grandfather of Aubrey June Giardina. Cousin to Ruth Forman and Mary Jo Giardina. A native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family and 1st Assembly of God Church of Metairie, LA members, are invited to attend a Memorial at 1st Assembly of God Church, West Napoleon and Transcontinental on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 12 noon. Visitation at 1st Assembly Church Saturday from 11 AM until service time. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Special thanks to River Region Hospice.
