Lila Trauth Duhon

Lila "Lily" Trauth Duhon went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry James Duhon. Mother of Dora Lee Duhon (Bob) and Mary Ann Plaisance (Ronnie). Daughter of the late Dora and Noah Trauth. Sister of the late Douglas Joseph Trauth Sr. Grandmother of Beth Ann Fite Harris (Blaine), Paul Joseph Fite Sr. (Cheryl), Kenric Paul Thornton (Desiree), Kerry Thornton (Kim) and the late Paula Ann Fite. Also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a native of Westwego, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA for the past 72 years. Relatives and friends of the family and members of Knights of Columbus, Archbishop Blenk Council No 1905 and the Very Rev. T.J. Larkin Assembly No 322 Ladies Auxiliary are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 3500 Ames Blvd. (at Barataria Blvd.), Marrero, LA on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 11am. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, October 20, 2015 at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA from 6pm until 10pm and again on Wednesday morning from 8am until 10:30am.
