Lillian P. Gregos departed this world peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Born on September 15, 1943, to the late Marie Hernandez De La Paz and Frank Palmer, "Lily" was a devoted mother to her four sons and they were just as devoted to her.
She was preceded in death by her son Nico Gregos and her husband Dimitriou S. Gregos.
She leaves behind her three sons, Stamati Gregos (Angela Galliano), Michalis Gregos (Stacie Petrolia), and Ioannis Gregos (Leah Sparks), along with her loyal companion Rossindo Hernaez, and her ever present protector, Apollo, her Pit Bull. She is survived by her sister, Charlotte Liebel of Ventura, CA. and her brother and sister-in-law, Claude and Sidonia Swaim of Metairie , LA. She is also survived by one granddaughter, Isobela Crayton. "Lily" will be greatly missed. She was feisty, loved to be on the go, and had a great sense of humor. The family would like to thank the palliative care team at Ochsner West Bank, The Sanctuary at Passages Hospice, and Heart of Hospice. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Mothe Funeral Home at 2100 West Bank Expressway , Harvey, LA, 70058 on Friday, April 10, 2015.
