Lindsey James Bourge

Lindsey James Bourge passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of Mary DiMarco Bourge. Loving father of Arleen Thibodeaux (the late Terry), Paula Sanchez (Gary), Gina Bourge, and Mark Bourge (Beth). Adored grandfather of Mason and Collin Thibodeaux and Marybeth Bourge. Brother of Alcee Bourge, Jr. (Jefflyn), Richard Bourge, Mary Ann Gisclair (Perry, Sr.) and the late Steven, George and Camille Bourge. Son of the late Alcee and Solange Riche Bourge. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from Avondale, Shipyards. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at St. Rosalie Catholic Church, 608 1st Ave., Harvey, La at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9am until 11am. Interment, Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery, Westwego, LA.
