Lize Alonzo Ocmond passed away on January 19, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Aloe J. Ocmond, Sr. Mother of Peggy O. Guccione, Ronald J. Ocmond (fiancé, Elizabeth Thiebaud) and the late Aloe J. “A.J.” Ocmond, Jr. (Gloria). Mother-in-law of the late Susan Hepting Ocmond. Grandmother of Roy T. Guccione, Jr. (Lisa), Ray Guccione, Sr. (Maria), Rod Ocmond, Ric Guccione (Jean) and Bambi Ocmond. Great-grandmother of Ray Jr. (Amber), Maegan, Raelynn, Trey and Ric Jr. She was 88 years of age, a native of Belle Rose, LA and resided in Harvey, LA. She was a charter member and founding President of the Harvey Golden Agers and was a member of the Infant Jesus of Prague Church Golden Agers and the V.F.W. Post No. 3121 Auxiliary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, January 23, 2012 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM.
