L.J. Sapia

L.J. Sapia, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 53 years to Janice A. Sapia. Son of Louis J. Sapia, Sr. and the late Annabell Sapia. Father of Chris Sapia and Robin Sapia. Brother of Janice Mercatante. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. L.J. was a member of St. Anselm Church in Madisonville and St. Joseph Altar Society. He was born in Houma, LA and resided in Madisonville for the past 16 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 10AM until 1PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the funeral home on Saturday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna, LA.
