Lloyd Joseph Robichaux (Polly)

Lloyd Joseph Robichaux (Polly) peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the age of 68. Beloved and devoted husband of Deanna Boudreaux Robichaux for 47 years. Son of the late Louis Robichaux and Eunice Quick Robichaux. Loving father of Tanya R. Bruce (Chippy), Tina R. Swanner (Douglass) and Tara R. Crawford (Ricky). Beloved grandfather of Cierra, Katelyn, Gage, Caden, Koby and Jacob. Beloved great grandfather of Ava. Brother of the late Joyce King, Donald Robichaux and John Robichaux, Sr. Brother-in-law of Saundra Boudreaux. Lloyd is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was born in Houma and was a resident of the Westbank. Lloyd graduated from Terrebonne High School, he served his country in Korea while enlisted in the United States Army, worked for McDermott for 19 years, was Captain of the Marrero Carnival Club and worked at Alliance Refinery for over 20 years. The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to Hospice Compassus for their care given to Lloyd. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 6PM until 9PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 9AM until 12:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, Ames and Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA on Wednesday at 1PM. Interment will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery, Westwego, LA.
