Lorraine Hinyub Anderson entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Wesley L. Anderson. Daughter of the late Clarence G. Hinyub and Hazel Lawton Hinyub. Loving and devoted mother of Penny A. Parchman (Lester), David W. Anderson (Freida), Pam A. Catlett (the late Danny) and Peggy A. Centola (Tommy). Loving grandmother of Dawn P. Lottner (Bill), Danna P. Strozyk (Paul), David M. Anderson (Jennifer), Daryl W. Anderson (Kelly), Melissa A. Bourg (Clay), Danyell C. McCann (Robert), Danny R. Catlett and Amanda C. Rome (Chad). Great Grandmother of Dane Lottner, Darby Lottner, Haley Strozyk, Sean Strozyk, Ethan Strozyk, Nathan Anderson, Evan Anderson, Logan Anderson, Claire Anderson, Eli Anderson, Emily Bourg, Katie Bourg, Amber McCann, Danny Catlett III, Hunter Catlett and Piper Catlett. Loving sister of Ada “Jackie” H. Wright and the late Elmer Hinyub and Vernon Hinyub. Aunt of Jackie H. Daniilidis, Kerry Wright and Scott Wright. Lorraine was a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. She was a member of Terrytown Lions Club, Terrytown Golden Agers, West Jefferson Auxiliary and NAME Widowers Group. A visitation will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Burmaster and Franklin Avenue, Gretna, LA on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church on Monday at 12 p.m. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
