Louise Butz Olano

Louise Cecile Butz Olano peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Calvin Alexis Olano, Sr. Daughter of the late Joseph Butz and Emily Lorio Butz. Loving and devoted mother of Calvin, Jr., Barbara Ann Blanda and Deborah Louise Dupre. Beloved grandmother of Marc Olano, Renee Olano, Gayle Hurt, Kristin Blanda and Tracy Herman. She also has three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Eddy Desroches, Jimmy Desroches, Louis Butz, Martin Butz, Lucy Olano and Odette DeRocha. Louise is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was born in Gretna, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
