Heaven has another angel. Loula Mae Breaux Letulle passed away peacefully on October 17, 2015. She lived her life doing for others. She was born to the late George Breaux and Rosie Trahan Breaux on August 26, 1920 in Delcambre, Louisiana. Raised in New Iberia, Louisiana, she was the beloved wife of the late Murphy Letulle. Mother of Leon Letulle, Sr. and Gayle Letulle (Elvye). Loving grandmother of Leon Letulle, Jr. (Tina), Michelle Letulle and Mark Letulle. Great grandmother of Alex Letulle, Alyssa Letulle and Ellianna Letulle. Step-grandmother of Jeanne Boesch (Jose), Julie Bergeron (Robert) and Janette Beebe. Step-great grandmother of Todd Sisung, Jr., Jacob Pritt, Gavin Boesch and Marilynn, Lydia and Michael Beebe. Sister of Cleveland, Paul (PJ) and Felton Breaux and Anna Morel and the late Wiley, Vernis (Bee) and Clifton Breaux and Gloria Maturin. A resident of the New Orleans area since 1954, and of Gretna since 1975. She was a stout fan of Tulane Athletics, the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans. The family would like to thank Karen, Vanessa and the many, many dear care givers at Bayside Health Care and Lakeside Hospice for the love and care they gave our mother in her last years. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Tulane Athletics Fund or the Alzheimer’s Association in her memory. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on October 31, 2015 at St. Cletus Catholic Church, 3610 Claire Ave, Gretna, LA 70053, beginning at one PM. Visitation will be held at the church from 11am until the mass begins. A brief reception will follow the Mass at the Knights of Columbus Hall behind the church.
