Lucile LeCount, age 87, beloved wife, mother, grandmother died on Friday, June 17, 2016. She spent her last days in hopes of going home from a short stay at Our Lady of Wisdom Nursing Home. Mrs. LeCount was born in Seminole, Oklahoma and had lived in Belle Chasse for the past 53 years. She lived her life for her husband, children, grand and great grandchildren whom she called “her hearts”. She loved her flowers and her birds, especially the “little hummers” as she called them. She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; brother, James Foster and parents, Earl and Sylvia Foster. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia LeCount; sons, Kevin LeCount (Liz) and Darin LeCount (Laurie); grandchildren, Logan LeCount (Trish), Sean and Amanda LeCount, John Wilson (Christy), Sarah Franz (Robert); and four great grandchildren, Nathan LeCount, Alissa and Aiden Stutzman and Reese Wilson. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 1PM until 4PM. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
