Lucille Williams Thomas entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 10:40PM. Beloved wife of Leon Thomas for the past 56 years and to the late Andrew Thomas from a first marriage. Mother of Delores Pellette (Robert), Denise Gibbs (Thomas), Andrew, Jr., Lonnie (Cynthia), Gregory (Beverly), Gary (Iris), Tyronne (Sandra), Larry and Darryl (Alice) Thomas, the late Victoria Jones (Riley). Daughter of the late Victor Williams and Mattie Parrot Williams. Sister of Florence Cole, Alice Stafford, Evelyn Hunter and the late Angeline Miggins and Coleman Williams. Grandmother of 28 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and a host of great great grandchildren. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A member of AMORC. A native of Farmhaven, MS and a resident of Avondale ,LA. Age 85. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Visitation at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Avondale LA on Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 10AM until Funeral Mass time at 11AM.
