Lucy Ann DiMarco Slocum passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Earl Joseph Slocum for 66 years. Mother of Ricky DiMarco (Jill). Aunt Lou of Donna DiMarco Campagne (Randy) and Salvador R. DiMarco Jr. (Ursula). Daughter of the late Rosalie Lilly DeSalvo DiMarco and Salvador “Sam” DiMarco. Sister of Mary DiMarco Olivero (the late Raymond) and the late Josephine DiMarco, Steve DiMarco (Mary), Joseph “Pampy” DiMarco (Evelyn), Theresa “Terry” DiMarco Schiro (Anthony), Marie DiMarco, Frank DiMarco, Salvador “Sonny” DiMarco (Sheila). MawMaw of Randy “Booka” Campagne Jr., Christopher Campagne, Samantha DiMarco, Kalli DiMarco Sills and Jamie Hebert. Great Maw Maw of Kinley Sills. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Altar Society, the Nicholson Golden Agers, and the Knights of Columbus Council Number 4222 Ladies Auxiliary and a volunteer at Wynhoven Healthare Center. She was a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, LA on Thursday, May 5 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9am until 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
