Mae Marie Lirette Propps of Marrero, LA passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Earl Propps,Sr. Mother of Leonard, Bernard, Jr., Brian Propps, Bonnie Robichaux and Bernadine Marie Dewhirst. Daughter of the late Emily Marie Theriot Lirette and Evence J. Lirette. Sister of the late Onelia Maloncon, Jennie St. Luci, Lois Cavallier, Joyce Hellyer, Eula Mae Mouser, O.J., Johnny, Evence and Jerry Lirette. Survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Mae was a member of Second Chance Carnival club. A native of Houma, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 50 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 1 :30 PM.
