Margaret Winstine Bourgeois

Margaret Winstine Bourgeois passed away on Tuesday, July 25,2023 at the age of 92 surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Robert G. Bourgeois Sr.  Mother of Mignon Lentz, Edward Bourgeois, Derwin Bourgeois, Joland Butler, and the late Margaret “Mickie” Strickland and Robert Bourgeois, Jr.  Daughter of the late Thelma Bennett Rodriguez and Edward S. Winstine.  Sister of the late Edward S Winestine, Jr. and Doris Fullar.  Survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Margaret lived in New Orleans most of her young life and lived in Terrytown for the past 35 yrs.  Margaret had many friends and loved playing Bingo.  She was known to holler “Right here Babe” at the Gretna Bingo Palace.
