Harrington and the late Margaret Dominick. Daughter of the late Vivian Owens and step-daughter of Rufus Moreau. Sister of Donald Owens, Mary Fortado, Wanda Weiss, Florine O. Owens and the late A.V. Owens, Jr. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Age 61, a native of Columbus, GA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a funeral service in the parlor of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Parlors will be open Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Interment will be private
