Marian Hall

Marian Hall (née Crowley O'Brien), aged 89, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2024, in her hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on September 30, 1934, in New Orleans, she spent her life dedicated to both her family and community. Marian worked as a domestic homemaker and later as an administrative professional, roles through which she touched the lives of many with her dedication and care. Beyond her professional life, Marian was a long-time resident and active volunteer at Wynhoven Senior Apartments, where she contributed significantly to the community's spirit and cohesion. She leaves behind her sister, Anna May Clement; nephew, John Patrick Clement; niece, Maria Babb; and great-niece, Jennifer Babb. Marian was preceded in death by her parents, Marguerite P. and Patrick H. Crowley O'Brien, and her brother, Elbert Crowley O'Brien.

A graveside service will be held in her honor on August 22, 2024, at 10 am at St. Patrick's Number 1, located at 5000 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70119.
