Marjorie Frederic Goubert went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Henry A. Goubert, Sr. Mother of Henry Goubert, Jr. (Darlene). Grandmother of Sherry Doucet (Randall), Chad Goubert (Jeanne), and Haley Goubert. Great-grandmother of Todd Young, Jr., Jacob Goubert, and Payton Goubert. Daughter of the late Alice Mire Frederic and Albert Frederic, Jr. Sister of the late Camille "Leroy" Frederic, Alan Fredric, and Lois Simon. Also survived by two stepsisters. A native of Convent, LA, longtime resident of Marrero, LA, and faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Westwego, LA. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 1:30 PM.
