Marshall J. Ponson, Sr. died Saturday, December 7, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Mae Tingstrom Ponson. Loving father of Annette Malbrough, the late Alice Campbell and Marshall Ponson, Jr. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Son of the late Sarah Presenbach and Adam Ponson. Age, 91 years. A native of Baton Rouge, LA, resident of Marrero, LA for many years and most recently of Denham Springs, LA. Mr. Ponson was an employee of Celotex Corp for 43 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Wednesday from 9 AM until 1:30 PM.
