Mary Louise Butz Borne entered into eternal rest on January 23, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Borne, Sr. Mother of Herbert Borne, Jr. (Stephanie) and Brenda Sue Borne Vaccaro. Grandmother of Amanda Bradley (Scott), Andrew Borne, Robert “Buzz” Vaccaro (Jennifer), and Joseph Vaccaro (Lindsey). Great-grandmother of Jeremy, Josh, Olivia, Gabrielle, Joseph Jr. “Jack,”and Luke. Step-grandmother of Tiffanie Gegenheimer (Carl), and step-great-grandmother of Nathan, Connor, Austin, Peyton, and Makenzie. Daughter of the late Louis Butz and Octavia Couvillion Butz. Sister of Marcel Machana and the late Alfretta Diket, Rosalee Shelley, Louis J. Butz, Sr., and Gloria Roussell. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 92 years and a lifelong resident of New Orleans.
