Mary Louise Borne Bloom of Algiers, LA passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Philip Bloom. Father of Geralyn B. Pahnka. Grandmother of Amanda Pahnka Ortolano. “NaNa” to Madisyn Alizabeth Ortolano and Isabella Marie Ortolano. Daughter of the late Leah Ory Borne and Achille Borne. Sister of Dolores Haden and Jules J. Borne, Sr. She was a member of Sweet Adeline’s Inc., American Legion Auxiliary Post 218 and V.F.W.Ladies Auxiliary Post 3121. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Graveside Service at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Ave., Gretna, LA on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10:30 AM.
