Mary Louise Jones, went to her Eternal Home on November 18, 2014 at 2:20 AM. She was 92 years of age. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Jefferson; son, Alex Goodman, father and mother, Rosia and Jeanette Riley Jones; her brothers Calvin, Roman, Royal, Curtis, Walter, Sterling, Alvin and Victor Jones; two grandsons, Donald and Christopher Jefferson.
Mary Louise Jones leaves to cherish her memories her son Dilward O. Cannon; daughter-in-law Zelma Cannon; closest friends, Myrtle Tudlouse and Mary Parker; 18 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 65 great-great-grandchildren, 3 Godchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Boothville, LA on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 10 AM to 12 Noon. Services will follow. Burial will take place in the Cannon Cemetery in Nairn, LA.
