Mary Eloise LaCour Moreau entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the age of 81 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Ivy Paul Moreau, Jr. Daughter of the late Charles Lucius LaCour and Frazier Theresa Guillot LaCour. Mother of Melanie (Husband, the late Edwin), Dennis (Survived by Wife, Patty and the late Jeannie), Mickal (Wife Danita), Bonita (Husband Bradley), Ivylee (Husband Matthew, Sr.), Shirley (Husband Joseph, Sr.), Vicky (Husband Gus). Survived by 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Sister of Barbara and the late Floyd and Lucius. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary was born in Simmesport, LA and was a resident of Avondale, LA for the past 46 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 6PM until 10PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 8AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be held in Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA.
