Mary Janice Reiser

Mary Janice Reiser passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Reiser, Sr. Mother of Raymond G. Reiser (Cathy) and the late Joseph B. Reiser, Jr. (Candace) and David E. Reiser. Daughter of the late Mary Grove Jones and Donald Gillis Jones, Sr. Sister of Elizabeth “Betty” J. Jones and the late Donald G. Jones, Jr., Roger E. Jones, Dorothy A. Jones, John G. Jones, Sr., and Joseph E. Jones, Sr. Grandmother of Jeremy J. Reiser, Joseph E. Reiser, Emily J. Reiser, and Rebecca A. Reiser. Great grandmother of Brody J. Reiser, Blake L. Reiser, Lilly Reiser, and Brantly Reiser. Also survived by nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Women’s Professional Bowling League, and the Bridge City Golden Agers, loved fishing and gardening. She was an active parishioner of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 1pm.
