Mary Jo Landry Smith of Marrero, LA on February 11, 2013 at 7PM. Beloved wife of the late Roland William Smith, Jr. Preceded in death by her son, Michael Smith, Sr. and 4 siblings. Survivors include her children, Mickey Childs (Husband, Martin), Robert Smith, Sr. (wife, Laurie) and Rhonda Guidry (Husband, Splint). Daughter of the late Mary Landry and Joseph Landry. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 5 sisters and 5 brothers. Mary was also the companion to the late Russell LeBlanc. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Serenity Hospice, especially Morva, Sheila, Chunary and Gail for the love and care given to Mary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 9AM until 11:15AM.
