Marylea Billa Kraemer passed away on August 24, 2015. Beloved wife of Frederick W. Kraemer, III. Mother of Jules Marc Sancho, Jr. (Julie) and Wendi S. Maddox (John). Stepmother of Charles Kraemer (Brandy). Grandmother of Justin Sancho, Katie Millet, Mike Millet, Alexandra Sancho, Rachel Millet, Julia Sancho, Marlea Maddox, M'Layne Maddox, John Maddox Jr, Ailie Kraemer, Eli Kraemer, and the late Keri Kraemer. Daughter of the late Joseph A. Billa and Lea Casey Billa. Sister in law of Alice Kraemer. Cousin of Linda Weggman and Susan Meltzer. Age 76 years and a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. She owned Mar-Jolee's, a bridal shop in Gretna for over 35 years, and then owned and managed real estate in Gretna. She was an avid parishioner and supporter of St. Anthony Catholic Church and School in Gretna. She is remembered as a wonderful daughter, mother, and grandmother who was passionate about her family and her faith. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gretna, LA on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 12 Noon.
